We provide loaner gloves and pads for your trial. Once you're committed, you'll need your own 16oz gloves, hand wraps, and shin guards for sparring classes.
No. We teach technical Muay Thai and K1-style kickboxing. You will get fit as a byproduct of high-volume drilling and heavy bag work, but the focus is always on combat mechanics.
Yes. Our Foundation blocks are built for beginners. We prioritize form and footwork before you ever increase the intensity or consider technical sparring.
Most of our fighters train 3 to 4 times a week. Consistency in the gym beats a single high-intensity session followed by a week of recovery.
Sparring is optional and requires coach approval. We maintain a strict 'technical-first' policy—if you can't control your power, you don't spar.
